Nevada City, California. Ananda Village is an intentional, spiritual community that follows the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda — author of “Autobiography of a Yogi” — founded in 1969 by his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda.

We partner with Ananda Village’s Expanding Light Guest Retreat Center to provide room and board for the interns and apprentices that are assisting in the Permaculture gardens and farms.
